Prince Henry (Harry) data: born Sept 15, 1984 @ 4:20 PM in Paddington, England.(data from ADB quoting 'news' rated 'A'. His current lunar return or LR for December 23, 2004 shows Sun at 6 Sag, at the degree of the 4th cusp, picking up the natal Neptune at 4 Sag. A good combination for a humiliating or embarrassing situation. Timing for the event of the weekend of Jan 8/9, has transiting Moon/Merc/Venus coming across this angle. Moon/Merc/Venus to natal Neptune brings about possibilities of a costume party, deception, photograph etc. A picture of Harry was snapped while in costume and published later in the week in the UK, causing a huge uproar. That this occurred in Sagittarius is interesting, since Sag figures into the charts of Hitler and some of his high ranking party members: Hitler, Hess, Goebbels, Schoener all with Moon in Sag and Goering with Sun, Merc, Venus there. Why does he find trouble so often? I wonder if having Saturn aspected lagna while Saturn's dispositor Venus is fallen in the 10th house. A bit like having your capacity for discipline to be flawed in a very public and visible way. Moon/Rahu offset all other planets in the chart, while Moon and Rahu are essentially conjunct. Moon here in a Kemadruma yoga, or lacking support from planets on either side. Although the Moon is somewhat integrated into the chart by its angularity, close trine to Sun, quincunx from both Venus and Mars, aspect from Saturn and very wide aspect from Jupiter, this can't cancel its isolation. Moon is 8th lord, closely conjunct 4th cusp, while getting the aspect of Saturn and quincunx Mars. Moon's dispositor Mars is conjunct Uranus while Uranus is within a degree of the Mars/Ketu midpoint. Mars/Uranus/Ketu occupy the 8th house from the Moon and 4th house from Sun, who also serves as Moon's nakshatra lord. 4th house and IC represent a persons center or home base, mother etc---it's obvious to me that the early loss of the mother is the problem. 12 years old at the time of Diana's death, he turned 13 only two weeks later, with a total Lunar eclipse occurring at the MC of the Solar Return.
