Timing of events

I had said that the time for Shrub's taking of the oath was 11:53.

The Atomic Clock guy gave 11:56:59.AM.

The events that I forecast was based on that time of oath taking.

Because the time is later, this will make the measurement to the

maturation of the Progressed Moon to the Mars/Pluto oppositions occur

earlier. I am putting up a technical paper on how this is calculated on

my website, in the papers section. :-)
