Does anyone know of a Windows software for Moon Phase alerts?

I would like a Windows software that can alert and play a sound file at

the moment the Moon begins each of it's eight phases. Does anyone know

of such a software? I tried " Timaeus " , but it does not alert for Moon

phases. It does alert for Moon & Sun rise, MC, set, and IC which are

all good. But I would really want the Moon phases also. I also

have " AstroTides " which presents the Moon phases and siderial zodiac,

but it has no alert and sound file play function. It would be nice to

have all functions in a single accurate software. Especially the 'Moon

Phase' audio alert function. I dont care about the other planets,

asteroids, etc. for this use is more Pagan-based than Astrology-based.
