Guest guest
Julia, Don and all, I found the Geoffrey Dean charts: 160 charts tested extreme on the Eysenck Personality Inventory for Extraversion/Introversion, Stable or Unstable. I haven't been able to find information on the test and the Inventory or my correspondence with Dean (presently lost somewhere in my files), but these charts are all timed. I'm going to check the internet after I sent this post to see if there is information on the EPI. So if you're really interested in checking for astrological factors, the birth times and ratings are here. As I recall, I wasn't supposed to have the charts. They were 'accidentally' sent to me by a friend (now deceased), so no one can get in trouble if Dean would still want the charts kept secret. I was told to keep mum about having the charts, and I don't recall how they came to be sent to me. We could design a study around these charts. First scramble them and study a set, say 5 or 10 each of extremes in each category. Then we could try our luck with new sets of data without knowing the ratings. But first we need the EPI definitions of each extreme....Oh, checking Dean's RECENT ADVANCES IN NATAL ASTROLOGY, there is a list of traits for each category on page 122. Is there any interest in this study? I could pull a few of the charts in each category. Mostly two categories are combined in each chart such as extravert/stable...and so on. My only question is: Was Dean honest with these charts? He gave out incorrect birth data for himself for many years. But the test was a cooperative venture, I believe, with a psychologist. Not sure about that, however. The problem with my files is that I moved very quickly to my present home, and files have been sitting disorganized in boxes since then.
