Stellarium has a stunningly beautiful sky (constellational drawings), but

it lacks the versatility and features of a fully professional program. But

anyone can have Stellarium for free. It won't run on my older Win 98

computer, but it does run on XP. I haven't downloaded the latest version

because my XP computer lacks a good virus program.

I haven't looked at Stellarium for awhile, but I think I remember that the

constellational drawings (what stars are in which parts of the bodies of

the constellations) are different than the traditional standard positions

from ancient times. But I'd have to check this out again to be sure.
