Guest guest
hey folks have been a member of this group for some time. i follow astro on a daily basis originally western then sidereal but see the profound significance in VEDIC and associated methods!... currently i follow transits, progressions, solar arcs, solar and lunar returns... all using western 'charts'/methods but set up w/ sidereal signs (fagan allan)... what it does is actually leave me VERY UNDECIDED and in no mans land regarding which astro/techniques to use - so much so that i have just moved on/somewhat lost interest (for time being) until i have more time and money to purchase more books, buy an altogether new astro program (and learna new foreign/astro 'language' !!!) blah blah blah blah blah w/ that intro in mind and apologies to the much more 'learned' for the very basic quests - please feel free to tell me to butt out and go elsewhere - i am a member of sidereal astro for dummies (doh!) but there doesnt seem to be any activity going on there. so i do have a few simple quests for anyone who might care to share some insight into these matters. actually i will ask one to be 'safe' then provided i am not evicted from this group i might proceed w/ more 'moon chart' and associated transits where move the moon/sign over into the first house... this currently (today) puts jupiter crossing over my (moon1st chart) FIRST house cusp = jupiter/ascendant (SAG) i am a bit 'taken back' by the validity of using this chart and associated transits - what does one do for returns... say solar and lunar??? - or are these charts not used in the same way... iow would one set up the chart using this moon1st chart as base? any advice is much appreciated or perhaps a better 'referral' source would be more appropriate. thank you all for reading this and regards!
