Guest guest
Hi All, I've developed a renewed interest in the markets lately, so I decided to start up a new Market Jyotish discussion group. This is for more detailed discussion of market moves and predictive techniques can take place. While the default orientation of the group is neo-Vedic, it will be open to all forms of astrology including western sidereal and tropical, so long as they are cogently presented and respectfully discussed. Hope to see you there. http://finance.marketjyotish/ Best wishes, Chris http://modernVedic Astrology.com
Guest guest
Forgive the garbled second sentence in the previous post. It was composed a little too hastily. I must be excited! One of the more fascinating elements behind doing financial astrology is seeing how planetary alignments can bring about similar market outcomes in completely different stock market charts. This speaks to the wide number of planets/variables that astrologers have at their disposal. So the 300+ pt drop yesterday in New York can be attributed in part to the Tr Sun-Mercury opposite natal Uranus in the 1792 NYSE chart. But as Asian markets opened today and promptly followed suit, we must look to other planetary patterns to account for the decline. The chart of the TOPIX index (July 1 1969 9.00 am) which represents the Toyko Stock exchange had Tr Moon conjunct the equal 6th house while the Tr Sun-Mercury conjunction is 75 degrees from natal Mars. It's not exactly Jyotish of course (and it may not even be mainstream astrology of any description) but experience tells me that aspects in the 24th harmonic are effective. Mostly the markets are one of the few areas that offer predictively-oriented astrologers a constant supply of new data against which they can check their methods and assumptions. No psychological equivocations, just unambiguous market moves that may or may not have discernible planetary correlations.
