Guest guest
Western sideralists can take heart that one of their cherished doctrines is so far proving correct, and a morning birth time for Hillary is also supported. Hillary's cyclic Ennead chart for this period for an 8:02 a.m. time of birth has Jupiter on a Sagittarius ascendant. The Ennead was discovered by Donald Bradley late in life, and is discussed by Jim Eshelman in INTERPRETING SOLAR RETURNS. So the fact that Hillary has come out on top in both Texas and Ohio in the popular vote definitely reflects Jupiter on an angle. If there are any western siderealists out there (Dark*Star?), it would be enlightening to begin looking at the Ennead charts which I've found more instructive than lunar returns. This Ennead chart for Hillary (Feb 22, 2008 4:03:20 a.m. Chicago) also places her 8:02 a.m. part of fortune on the nadir, but the illusive natal Neptune is right at the zenith. Another natal-Ennead crossover which also supports the western sidereal importance-of-angle doctrine is Hillary's natal Sun conjoined to the Ennead M.C. So the only question in this chart is natal Neptune squaring the Ennead ascendant. This Ennead chart also supports the Jyotish doctrine of house lords. Saturn (which western astrology would surely question) is now transting Hillary's natal M.C. In Jyotish Saturn is a powerful benefic for a Libra ascendant. I've been wondering how this transit would manifest for a morning birth for Hillary. So it's interesting to continue to test eastern and western doctrines as we watch the horoscopes of election contenders. Chris Keville's site gives a comprehensive view of current events using the familiar western progressions. http://www.modernVedic Astrology.com/ Now it's time to take a careful look at the Enneads for the dates of the Democratic convention. Have you worked with these and found them to be reliable. I'm still working on another project for a few weeks and may not get to Ennead work until April. There's enough to try to figure out from nine Ennead charts during the year. I do place transits around the Ennead chart for important days such as last evening for Hillary. At this time I have a fair degree of faith in Hillary's morning birth time, but for Obama we really have no support (meaning a data source) for any of his times. At least for Hillary her mother is said to have provided the 8:02 a.m. time, and it's checked out for several past events. Wish I had more experience interpreting the Enneads. I'm still a learner. A fair number of astrologers are using 1:06 p.m. for Obama, but I don't like the idea that is has a very obscure history. Both Hillary and Obama can be said to be running successful campaigns. I think it's their natal charts that would show the final outcome--that is, whatever method is used to highlight natal planets. I'd love it if different techniques would point to the same conclusion.
