Guest guest
Funny you mention Richard Houck's book. I actually have it, because it was the only astrology book on death that I could find. It was a bit hard for me to follow especially without eastern astrology knowledge. I didn't know that he misforecasted his death. Do you know how off he was and what were the circumstances? While on this subject, Mr. Houck insisted that only the sidereal equal house system works accurately for predictive purposes. From reading your comments so far, it seems that you would agree. Have you tried other house systems and what were your experiences with them? I have been using Tropical Placidus for the longest time but recently switched to Koch after reading Robert Hand's books. I'm still undecided, though I think the two are close. I tried sidereal equal for a while and there was a big shift but it felt too risky to make such a drastic change since I would have to adjust my previous readings for clients who were on the Placidus system. I'm really still undecided about which house system to stick with. I would really like to find a reliable one, though. What has you experience been with this?
