recommendation for jyotish seminars, schools?

Hello Therse and all,

 

For a newbie wanting to get into Jyotish astrology, do you recommend a good

seminar/school?

 

I've always enjoyed learning from books but also found learning from a teacher

in a classroom setting very rewarding and productive. Do you recommend any

school/seminar?

 

What about the astrology conference in Colorado in May? Do you plan to go?

Have you tried those conferences before and if yes have they been useful?
