I heard somewhere that Jupiter and Venus are supposed to be each other's gurus,

helping each other to manifiest their best qualities. Is that true?

I heard that Jupiter would not let Venus behave badly. I don't exactly know

what that mean.

I suppose that a badly behaving Venus could be too focused on money or outer

appearance, would Jupiter in this case help Venus tone down the negative

inclination by exerting its more spriritual influence?

In theory, Jupiter has to do with morals, decency. Venus has to do with

sexual relationships, so Jupiter would keep Venus in line, as it were;

keeping it from being promiscuous and lax in areas concerning the libido.

But can Jupiter be associated with overextension or overindulgence making Venus

behave in a negative extreme too, Bettina?

I guess you'd just have to look at the whole chart.

I've noticed sometimes people with strong Jupiters being very self righteous

and having a superior attitude, while others are really wonderful people.

It seems to depend on whether the Jupiter (as with any other planet) is used

egoically or not. One thing I've pondered about for a long time is whether

or not you can tell if a person is a highly evolved or not so highly evolved

soul by looking at their chart. Because some charts, or people, seem to

rise to their highest ... for want of a better word...dharmic...potential

and others don't.
