Guest guest
I heard somewhere that Jupiter and Venus are supposed to be each other's gurus, helping each other to manifiest their best qualities. Is that true? I heard that Jupiter would not let Venus behave badly. I don't exactly know what that mean. I suppose that a badly behaving Venus could be too focused on money or outer appearance, would Jupiter in this case help Venus tone down the negative inclination by exerting its more spriritual influence? Guest guest
In theory, Jupiter has to do with morals, decency. Venus has to do with sexual relationships, so Jupiter would keep Venus in line, as it were; keeping it from being promiscuous and lax in areas concerning the libido. ....Bettina _____ On Behalf Of Felicia Hong Tuesday, March 18, 2008 9:49 AM Group Jupiter and Venus as each other's gurus I heard somewhere that Jupiter and Venus are supposed to be each other's gurus, helping each other to manifiest their best qualities. Guest guest
But can Jupiter be associated with overextension or overindulgence making Venus behave in a negative extreme too, Bettina? Guest guest
I guess you'd just have to look at the whole chart. I've noticed sometimes people with strong Jupiters being very self righteous and having a superior attitude, while others are really wonderful people. It seems to depend on whether the Jupiter (as with any other planet) is used egoically or not. One thing I've pondered about for a long time is whether or not you can tell if a person is a highly evolved or not so highly evolved soul by looking at their chart. Because some charts, or people, seem to rise to their highest ... for want of a better word...dharmic...potential and others don't. ....Bettina _____ On Behalf Of Felicia Hong Tuesday, March 18, 2008 6:32 PM RE: Jupiter and Venus as each other's gurus But can Jupiter be associated with overextension or overindulgence making Venus behave in a negative extreme too, Bettina?
