There are only two kinds of solar return: (1) Tropical, which is *always* precessed because the tropical zodiac is a precessed zodiac. (2) Sidereal or precession-corrected tropical. These two charts are the same in that the planets will be exactly the same in distance from the angles. But of course the signs will be different since two zodiac systems are used. The precession corrected tropical chart removes the accumulated precession, so the timing of the chart should be *exactly* the same as the sidereal return. Same time, different zodiac signs and degrees. Up until the latest version of Solar Fire (Solar Fire Gold), Solar Fire mis-labeled return charts and called the precession corrected tropical chart 'precessed.' After consultation with Astrolabe and Esoteric Technologies, the parent company of Solar Fire, this labeling has been corrected. The precession corrected tropical chart is now labeled as such. The corrected chart matches the sidereal. Hope this helps! Therese

I've been meditating pretty intensively, and more and more see mental pictures without the corresponding words. They say communication is telepathic in the next world. If so, I'm getting a really good head start! > FWIW, if you have an angular Venus in your natal, it would for sure > put a line right on you if you were looking at an " in mundo " A*C*G > map. I may get back to you on your kind offer because I could never see how one could adequately compare the life effects of natal and A*C*G maps since we can't be in two places at once. And how about the comparison of natal-relocated birth charts with A*C*G maps? I have very limited experience with A*C*G, which probably equates to 'none.' I've tried a few maps in Solar Fire, but didn't really get anywhere with them. I've never owned A*C*G software. Therese

Guest guest
I do returns for birthplace and let the Relocates bleed through them. I've done much major Bush from his front porch at Crawford. You might have a look at his 911 solar return there. Last week I did a return that was brilliant to event at a location (not BP) where its owner hadn't lived for 50 years, but the terroir remembered.
