I'm new here, and not sure how this all works - I just saw that someone

I don't understand the question, because Pluto is 25 degrees past Antares.

Pluto is now 5:22 of tropical Capricorn, but sidereally it is just above the

bow of the Sagittarius

Archer, a little past Polis, Mu Sagittarii; its sidereal (Lahiri) position

is now 11 Sag 22.

Antares is the heart of the Scorpion, and is now 9 Sag 55 tropical, 10 Scorp

01 sidereal (Lahiri)

Love, Diana

PS: currently, to translate a Lahiri sidereal position to a tropical

position, subtract 6 degrees from the

sidereal position, then go forward 1 sign.

to translate a tropical position to a Lahiri sidereal position, add 6

degrees to the tropical position, then go

back one sign.

It just occurred to me that the question might have been hanging out there

a long time - it might have been written back when Pluto was in the area of

Antares, which, as the heart of the Scorpion, is in sidereal Scorpio, but

its

tropical position is 9 Sag 55, because the sign of tropical Sagittarius has,

by

precession, overtaken the stars of the Scorpion.

The " How can Pluto be in Sagittarius when it's so close to Antares? " is at the

end of every e-mail this person writes. It is a rhetorical question, I think,

probably written when Pluto was close to Antares. Isn't Antares the same star as

Jyeshta in the Nakshatras? I think the nakshatra, of the same name, is from

16'40 " Scorpio to 0'00 " Sagittarius. So, I am not understanding the 10 deg 01 min

(Scor. Lahiri).

That was written by the list owner, Kevin, a l--o--n--g time ago when Pluto

must have been conjunct Antares. I don't know if I can change that

write-up. I can try. Maybe tomorrow.
