Success in getting vehicle/ car driving licence

Dear Dr.Yatendra Sharma,

I would imaging that you should look at the third house and see if

it is connected to 11th house for wish fulfilment. Third stands for

travel (driving) and it also stands for communication (which could

stand for a licence).
