Success in getting vehicle/ car driving licence

Dear learned members,

 

Hope this email of mine finds all of you in good spirit, excellent health and

happiness.

 

Learned members, in Western countries, this is every child's dream to get car

driver's licence as soon as he/she turns 18. However, unlike many developing

countries, this is a difficult and tedious process to get driving licence in

western countries. The children are often frustrated through the process, sit in

assessment test several times and fail. This is not only stressful for the

children but expensive exercise for parents too. To give you an example in

Australia, this may cost from $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 for a kid to get licence,

which he has to spend on instruction lessons, fees etc.

 

Is it a possibility to find out based on KP astrology when child can get his/

her driving licence. Which houses and planets to be observed? Please advise.
