Can somebody please help me whether I will require to pay this money ?? Please predict this as I cannot afford to pay this money ? Guest guest Posted July 12, 2006 Report Share Posted July 12, 2006 I did a quick check and 10th S/l Me, 8th - Me but not a significator of 7th or 12th, so no losses through court/confiscations. There is a chance of Arbitration/Mediator. But does indicate that there is loss due to profession. May be this is the settlement they are expecting, like usually the bond amount an IT company expects, if you ditch them in between a project as training money. The loss is sure, if you had left them between 10/11/2005 and 2/12/2005, but your change of service is indicated around Jan 16, 2006.
