Marital Discord

Dear Learned members of the list,

I would really appreciate it if you could suggest some remedies for

marital disharmony.

 

I got married on April 26th 2001. We have a son born on Feb 11th

2003. Ever since we have been married we have been having

disagreements. Ours is a joint family. My wife wants things her way

and under her control. Right from the beginning my wife has fought

with my parents and myself over small day to day things. She does

not respect my parents or listen to me. i have spoken to my father-

in-law about her behavior on multiple occasions and he has suggested

that we get a divorce if her behavior is unacceptable. I do not

want a divorce and we are undergoing marriage counselling.

 

Please help me. My wife and my details are as follows;

 

Myself: 4th january 1970, time 11:15 AM, Place Bangalore

 

My wife: 25th November 1978 Time 11:23 PM , Place Bangalore.
