There is a chance during 12-10-2006 to 7-2-2007 (you can try after 12-10-2006) and also as mentioned below, there should be change of place/job-location. If the current status/level is better than previous one, I am not sure, whether you would get another promotion, as it takes years... Which is the dept.?
