I can see two problems in your chart. You are libra ascendant,and in

Jupiter's mahadasha. Jupiter rules 6th house in your chart,which is

12th to the 7th house, is not helpful for marriage matters. Also

Namaste Dear Raichur jiI say you are right when you say missed cases are there. For me, everything gets finalised but then after 1 or 2 days I get message saying that girl is not interested to continue further.
