There could always be errors of judgement inspite of best intentions. 2. Your worry is understandable.You must first see your family doctor and discuss with him the problem. In all probability the wart on your hand may be giving you the pain in your arm and back.Cancer displays many symptoms in general health condition. It can be diagonized by blood test and biopsy only,this advice will be given by your doctor. 3. Best wishes.
