Jupiter has obtained a clear Neechabhanga Raja Yoga because of the presence of Saturn in Makara. Furthermore, when the planet that would be exalted in Makara, that is Mars, is in a kendra from the Moon the native becomes a righteous ruler. This applies in Obama's case. Hence, he won the Nobel Prize in Jupiter/Mars. I think this was the very intention behind the Peace Prize.
