Guest guest
Dear Swaminathan ji, Please don't pour-in/ascribe your ignorance to Vedic sages - first try to learn what they spoke about the solar system and planets. If you unaware, please let me clarify that "from the vedic period onwards it was well clear to indians that Sun is the center of the solar system". But they know much beyond that about the planets and solar system. if you want to have a glimpse, please refer to: Sreenadh%20OG/Vedic%20Proof%20of%20Planets.pdfLove and regards,Sreenadh , "ramachandran.swaminathan" <mannaiswami wrote:>> HELLO SIRS,> I understand that the theories of the Indian Astrology were derived on the basis of the Astronomical theories.I hope initially the Ancient Indians derived their Geo-centric Astronomical theories and then they had derived the theories of Indian Astrology.> They had invented the Fixed and the integrated form of the 27 stellar groups which forms the Cosmos and discovered the positions of the planets in the cosmos. Guest guest
Dear sir, Thank you a lot for your Mail. Kindly let me know your clarification about the Sun and it 's movement. Does the Sun have got any movement in the cosmos with reference to the stellar? or it has no movement and having a stationary point? Then what is the meaning of the positions of the planets with reference to the stellar shown in our Panchangas? I believe that the Panchangas are the essence of vedas in which it is detailed the positions of the 27 stellar in Arohana and Avarohana positions. Do you feel that all these are imaginary and it is used only for astrological purposes? Have you referred my Cosmograph in which I have detailed the Movements of all planets with reference to the fixed Stellar and their sidereal periods regularly coming down as 30 years for Saturn and 27 days for the Moon in which the Sun is allotted to 365 days!. If you go through the cosmograph, you can understand that the planets are revolving in the cosmos with reference to the Fixed and the Integrated form of the 27 stellar either in a regular elliptical or in a perfect circular orbits but in a Petal line path-way. I am insisting this not for finding any fault on the others but to find out the truth. I have evolved the cosmograph not only on my personal imaginations but with the help of the Sloga which reads, " Survesham upari nakshtharani Thadhadhou Sanaichara; thadhadhou Guruhu; Thadhadhou Bowmaha; thadhadhus Sooriyaha; Thadhahus Sukraha; thadhadhou Bhudha; Thadhahus Chandraha ethigrahanam kakshakrmanaha! - A sloga from Krishna yajur samihitha/veda As I am not a proficient scholar of sanskrit or astrology I got it from local pandit. Kindly go through and let me have your opinion there on please!
