The native has a Gajakesari Yoga, Akhanda Samrajya Yoga, Nipuna Yoga with Sun in its own house. These planets are strong in navamsa too, and the dasa of Mercury/Jupiter/Mercury was in operation. This has to give some raja yoga effects. If there were no raja yoga effects during Mercury/Jupiter/Mercury then the chart is probably wrong. Hope this helps. If the Arishta combinations led to an event, then the good combinations should also do the same, otherwise astrology does not work.
