Any clue to omens and Nimitta

Dear Group members,

In my house we keep an oil lamp outside the main door in a cloded wodden box

with a glass in fron of it. The lamp is lighted with gingely oil in the morning

and evening. The door will be kept partially open for the air to go in. Today

evening we were all out and when we returned we saw that the wodden box wherein

the lamp was kept is completely burnt to ashes. Except the nails on which the

box was hung all others have been reduced to ashes.

Is it a bad omen? Are there any links where we can find results for such bad

happenings?

Dear Radha ji,

Normally this is kept within the house itself to remove evil

influences . I do not know why you keep this outside. Outside the front

door normally a Lamp (Bulb) above the Main Door is enough to suffice as

per Vastu.

Outside the house normally above the Main door, we keep 5 Green chillies

along with a Nimbu tied in a thread which takes in all negative energy

and " najar " which has to be changed every Saturday. The faster these

chillies become red, is the indicator of how much " najar " you have over

your family from outsiders visiting your house.

In My own house I keep a Oil Lamp burning 24 hours which has not gone

off for last few years except once when the oil was over.

In Your case you must not jump to conclusions about evil omens etc. Be

prctical. Someone must have tempered, or some strong wind or some animal

must have done the mischief.

regards/Bhaskar.
