Guest guest
Dear Vinay ji, //> I suggest you please check whether d.yimg.com has any virus activity going on. Also suggest please upload it somewhere else.// The URL http://d.yimg.com etc is 's file attachment storing section for groups. There is nothing wrong with that URL, no virus activity as well. Then why are you getting a warning? That is because the Excel file you are trying to download contains some Macros (small programs). Those small VBScript programs are written by me, to clear the entered values in sheets when you click the " Reset " button I placed in every page. The virus warning add-on in the browser do not know whether those programs are benefic or malefic - and so it is doing it duty of giving the warning; just natural. Since the file is coming from me - if you believe that the file I am sharing would be beneficial only - then you can download it and use it without any fear. It does not contain any virus. Hope this clarifies. So just ignore the warning, download the file and use it. Love and regards, Sreenadh , " Vinay Gakkhar. It will likely attempt to trick you into sharing personal or financial information. Guest guest
Dear Sreenadhji, As per my experience, the file which we are downloading is not giving any warning since file is safe. Macros are within file for the use of MS-Excel only. Unless and untill file is opened, they are not of use to any program. Problem is with site d.yimg.com. It is better to avoid this site till it is warning free. regds Dev , " sreesog " <sreesog wrote: > > Dear Vinay ji, > //> I suggest you please check whether d.yimg.com has any virus activity going on.
