Bhima being subdued by Karna in the battle field.

Dear friends,

 

I have already provided an extract from the same source which Shri

Shankarji has provided us, and in this extract we read about Bhima being

humbled by Karna and then finally allowed to leave as Karna could not

kill him as per promise given to his mother Kunti. Now should we

consider Bhima as coward or a run away ?

 

Is this the way to talk about Bhima ?

 

In same way if Duryodhana got defeated and had to retreat and so did

Karna being part of Duryodhanas team, should we call them cowards or

runaways ?

 

What nonsense is this and derogatory talking about the Heroes of the

great epics of India.

 

Why should we be so fatalistic in attitude as to run down Karna

completely. this means that we are ourselves not without reproach.
