Guest guest
Dear Friends, It is said that Venus-Shukracharya is Guru of the evil asuras. And Jupiter is Dev Guru. So are they inimical to each other ? If so then why does Venus get Exalted in Pisces in sign of Jupiter ? Combination of Venus-Jupiter is considered to be one of the best when unafflcited, for Bhautik sukh as well as Parlokik sukha (Material Life happiness and thereafter). Then why are they still considered in enemy camps ? I will not be available for the day now, going to have darshan of Pushkar and Ajmer-Khwajaji both. regards/Bhaskar. Guest guest
Samdhees? That's interesting! They're said to be Samdharmees (as per Laghu Parashari). Being both great benefics do they club together for a cause? In any case, we cannot say they're both inimical to each other. No planet is inimical to GURU. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar ji,May be the relationship is different for the two signs! Jupiter takes fiery and watery domains whereas Shukra rules over earth and air! There's a Libra shukra multiplying the sagi fires and there's a Piscean Guru nurturing the taurus earth (3/11 relationships) Clubbing Tau-sagi and Pisc-Lib, we might get into challenging situations!!RegardsNeelam2009/12/13 Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish Of course, I do not consider them as inimical. Guest guest
Dear neelamji,We know brihaspathi and sukracharya were gurus of opposing camps. But is there any stories of enemity between the 2? I dont think so. I think sukracharya was assigned the duty of being guru to asuras (dont know by whom!!!) Further my understanding is venus represents husband in a wifes chart and wife in a husbands chart. According to some in addition to venus, ju and mars are also given karaka for husband. We cannot explain everything in terms of legends i think. Because, for example venus is a female planet but sukracharya was not female.Similarly, moon is a female planet but moon is said to have 27 wives the nakshatras. How will we reconcile all this?RegardsSanthoshSent from BlackBerry® on Airtel neelam gupta <neelamgupta07Sun, 13 Dec 2009 10:44:56 +0530Re: Re: Venus and Jupiter Samdhees? Guest guest
Enjoy your Darshan Bhaskarji. Venus is exalated in Jupterian pisces - its "cold" sign as the wisdom of Jupiter allows for the passion of Venus to play out in a sublime way. Both give gnyan of shastra's. But Jupiter is not very comfortable in the house of Venus.Chiranjiv Mehta--- On Sun, 13/12/09, Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish wrote: Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish Venus and Jupiter Date: Sunday, 13 December, 2009, 10:24 AM Dear Friends,It is said that Venus-Shukracharya is Guru of the evil asuras. Guest guest
Dear friends, Venus is the karaka of Love. Where and when does Love reach its ultimate culminations ? Let us not talk in symbols, philosphy and exoteric at times and get to real hard facts. I repeat- Where and when does Love reach its ultimate culminations ? Answer - On the Bed where the couple meets in Physical Union. Which house in the Horoscope represents the Bed pleasures and comfort ? Answer -The 12th House. In the natural Horoscope who represents the 12th House and sign ? Answer - Pisces, with the Lord as Jupiter. Hence Jupiter gets exalted here. Guest guest
Dear Deep Ji, Vidya Ji, Very nice thoughts from Deep Ji, but, unfortunately Pisces is not a totally Pious sign of Jupiter. Infact it is the "negative" sign of Jupiter and THAT is one of the primary reasons Venus is exalted there. I have seen many charts with Aries rising, Venus in Pisces with Low SAV/BAV have deviant sexual behaviour (ofcourse with other afflictions). Guest guest
Dear Ms Vidya (Ji). 1. I tried to follow your wishes and NOT call you 'ji" but was the ONLY one calling you Ms Vidya and hence stood out like a sore thumb. 2. It is Group protocol to calle people "Ji" and not necessarily that only the "older" ones shoud be called so. 3. Please get used to "Ji", and it will make all our lives easier. Regards, -Manoj Vidya <vidyakmr Sent: Sun, December 13, 2009 9:04:43 AM Re: Venus and Jupiter Call me "Ji" one more time and I will call you as "Uncle Ji" only!! Unless you call me "Ji" as a sign of respect don't say it otherwise. While you may be young in heart, spirit, and age I am still much younger to you.:-)Ok on more serious notes my purpose of my previous post was to show one reason why Jupiter gets exalted in cancer. Guest guest
Dear Manoj Ji, You maybe right about the affliction part as I personally came to know 2 people with exalted Venus. First person has Venus exalted in Lagna with moon's aspect from 7th house and has no affliction to Venus. He is 32 years of age and actually a very pious, dharmic man but he is still struggling to find a wife with " good character " . Must be a hard thing in this day and age. The 2nd person has exalted Venus in 11th house but with rahu's malefic aspects from 4th house. He is married but very unhappy in marriage..He's had several other failed relationship in life before and after marriage. Regards Vidya , Manoj Chandran <chandran_manoj wrote: > > Dear Deep Ji, Vidya Ji, > > Very nice thoughts from Deep Ji, but, unfortunately Pisces is not a totally Pious sign of Jupiter. Infact it is the " negative " sign of Jupiter and THAT is one of the primary reasons Venus is exalted there. I have seen many charts with Aries rising, Venus in Pisces with Low SAV/BAV have deviant sexual behaviour (ofcourse with other afflictions). >  > Regards, >  -Manoj >  > > > > > ________________________________ > Vidya <vidyakmr > > Sun, December 13, 2009 8:13:11 AM > Re: Venus and Jupiter > >  > Dear Deep Ji, > > You are such a wise man..Where did you learn that?
