I personally do not follow this approach (I use smaller divisions) so cannot help you here, but you may search deeper with such inputs and find how these can be used for better effectiveness in predictions in as a traditional Astrologer. Let me know what you find after the research. Maybe I could contribute to your research after this is done. By the way the navamsa Charan swamy will also be the Navamsha Sign Lord too. Please check and let me know if I am wrong. However I am not sure but Nakshatra Pad are not again ruled by any planets.....however Planet deliver different results depends on nakshatra Pad in which it is placed. Nakshatra Pad can have different sign Lord Ex Kritikka 1st Pad (sun+Mar) and for rest Pad (Sun+Ven) I have seen that for correct result Nakshatra Lord /sign lord ............and nakshatra Pad makes sense...........not sure how that Pad/Partition can mapped with which house or what results?
