Dear Bhaskarji,I am in presently in the second phase of my third sade sati. I was born during the last few days of my first sadesati.I confirm that I went on a lo............ng yatra in the first phase of my sadesati, ( my saturn was transiting in my 5thhouse and my Ju who is in the 5th house in my natal chart was in my 9th house in transit) but I have had emotionally taxing experiences as well.Presently sadesato shani is in my 6th house and obviously , you might guess, I am having severe stomach related problems. With regard to your comment that the 45* around the natal moon may be considered as being a tough part , My yatra materialised as a consequence of bad experience I had just before that , when saturn was 23* away from my natal moon. I will watch what happens when Transit sade sati is within 1* of the moon on either side.Your

mail was an enlightening one, I must say.Regards,ANita--- On Fri, 12/2/10, Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish wrote:Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish Re: Going abroad and 2.5 year Saturn period Date: Friday, 12 February, 2010, 12:43 PM

Dear Sreenadh ji, Gopi and all,

1)Shani sadesathi will not be evil or bad for all people and always. God

cannot be so cruel to give 15 years trouble to a man of age 60 (If we

even suppose he witnesses 2 sadesathis in his Life time). You remember

SDreenadhji I had written in my mail. Forget about Shani sadesathi now.

2) There are certain rules about Shanisadesathi which are not found

written in books and which work.

3) Treat Shanisadesathi as affecting you, whenever Saturn in Gochar

comes near 1 degree orb to the Natal Moon degrees, and one degree

further from this point. These 3 months are to be watched. Rest should

not be given much attention.

4) For those who are more conservative , may treat 45 degrees Orb on

either side of their Natal Moon degrees, and for the rest of the period

of Shanisadesathi, do not bother about it.

5) But no harm in appeasing the Devetas during the whole of the

Shanisadesathi period. Uncle has come to stay in your Life for 7 1/2

years, so wiseness is to keep Him Happy as fara s we can, by doing the

proper remedial measures, and behaving as Uncle Saturn would want us to,

during his 7 1/2 years stay.

best wishes,

Bhaskar.
