Guest guest
Dear Astrologer Friends, You work so hard. A small story of humour to keep you in good spirits and refreshed. This is a story of how two people became friends and started working together. This is based in the 1950's. One day a man was sitting in his house and reading the newspaper. His name was Batata Sev. Some beggar came on the door for alms and shouted - "Kuch khaane ko de do Baba" (Give me something to eat Brother". Batata Sev - Kuch nahin hai Baba . jao yahan se (Theres nothing to give. Go away from here) Beggar - Thoda chawal aur paani de do phir. (Then give me some rice and water) Batata Sev - Chawal nahin bana hai . (Rice has not been made) Beggar- Toh do roti hi de do (Then give me two Rotis only) Batata Sev - Roti bhi nahin hai (Rotis also not there) Beggar - Toh 5 paise de do Baba (Then give me 5 paise Brother) Batata Sev - 5 paise nahin hain mere paas (I dont have 5 paise to give you) Beggar - Toh ek paise hi de do Baba (Then give me only 1 paise Brother) Batata Sev - Tumko bola na kuch nahin hai mere paas tumko dene ko ( I told you no, that I have nothing to give you) Beggar - Toh Baba andar baith kar kya karte ho, aao chalo mere saath, donon milkar bheekh mangenge. (Then brother what are you doing sitting inside, Come along we will start begging together) This beggars name was Bhajia Sev. From that day onwards we could find both Batata Sev and Bhajia Sev together, at the Bhelpuri Stall. Hope you enjoyed this.... regards, Bhaskar.
