Closer a planet to another, stronger the aspect

 

Case 1: Sa is in Vi at 23 deg and Ju is in Sc at 24 degrees

Sa has a 3H aspect on Ju that is very close

 

Case 2: Sa is in Vi at 23 deg and Ju is in Sc at 2 degrees

Sa has a 3H aspect on Ju that is not as close as case 1

 

My understanding is that the aspect in case 1 is much stronger than case 2.

Case 2 aspect of Sa is not nearly as harmful as case 1.

 

Do you agree?
