Guest guest
Dear Kiran, Nice heuristic. My take is like this. Conditions 7. & 8. are interlaced. " Shubha bhaaba-gata paapa, paapa bhaaba-gata shubha " . This verse sheds light on how a benefic is compromised. The verse contains 'saagar in ghaaghar'. Condition 4. is another dimension, though not unrelated. I would rather there are 9 conditions, the 9th (not 9th in ranking) being natural a benefic not owning tri-sat-aaya. The 11th lord is the most, 6th the next, 3rd lord the least evil of the three. Keep 8th and 12th lords out, they being neutral; actually this evaluation is done lagna-wise, which factors in the actual planet on either side of the benefic/malefic line. As for a stationary planet, little is known of its nature. Or, you know enough to throw that kind of consideration in?
