HELLO AND HI,

On behalf of all experts ,this is to all readers and people who seek

solutions to their problems, well experts on this group panel have

been helping and assisting guidance to you selflessly for a great

time now.But I know this is a thankless job for many people(I'm not

talking about everyone but most of them) who were helped and provided

solutions never turn back once their purpose is solved.

Good humans, just a word of thanks would do us a lot of good.

Appreciation is something which is definitely cherished and cheered.

I have few points to make to people to who have and who in future

seeked/seek solutions, guidance/analysis of their problems—

1.Please don't expect us to do a full analysis of your charts.

2.We all have time limitations, please wait and have patience.

3.Please write in subject line the name of the expert you want to

have your queries answered.

4.Please be assured that we definitely want to help you, but

sometimes things don't fall rightly in place.

5.Though all experts have years of experience behind their knowledge

and are having great calibre and skills, still the remedies suggested

online should be done at your own risk, we don't guarantee the

success , because online help has its limitations, its quite shallow

than guidance in person.

6. Most importantly, please provide feedback to us i.e. if some

remedial measures helped you in anyway please write back to us about

those.

We'll grateful to you for this as success is dear to all.

Don't take it as a teaching manual or something, but we definitely

need to create a little bit order in our working.

Sincerely

NISHANT

Dear Nishant ji,

It would have been nice if you had talked to Shri Punit Pandey ji

before writing this. He is the owner of the group. None of us as

members should usurp his right. Although I have been actively

helping people here in the group for months now , still I will never

think of over stepping Punit Pandey ji. He is the one who lays down

the policy in this group. He might consult us, that is upto him. To

me it sounded a bit too assertive.

sincerely,

Priya

hello priya ji,

Well punit ji is definitely owner of the group, but he is the

moderator as well, its because his consent that this message has

passed the moderator's affirmation and then posted on board, had he

been not given his consent, this message would not been viewable for

all.

I feel myself attached to the group as being the member concerned

for group welfare, volunteering is part of the process, assertive ness

is not in question again as if I had felt that my role is just to

have the individual work,I wont have constructed this, we should work

as a team, and this is his, this is mine doesnt really work when the

cause is great as this,a group is really an organisation where , BOSS

is the head, but if he has to decide each and every step and to spoon

feed the decision making, it doesnt work in today's world.

If I had not felt the sense of belonging to the group as a concerned

member who has some ideas for the betterment and improvement I would

have never done it.

WE SHOULD WORK TOWARDS PROGRESSIVE ASPECTS, AND I " M SURE THE OWNER

AND MODERATOR PUNIT JI,WONT MIND A POSITIVE STEP SUCH AS THIS,FOR AN

IDEA CAN COME FROM ANY ONE,AND THIS WAS A POSITIVE ONE AS I FELT THAT

FEEDBACK OF PEOPLE ONCE THEY GOT ANSWERS WAS ALMOST NONE, AGAIN HOW

DO WE KNOW THAT OUR SUGGESTIONS HAVE BEEN GOOD/BAD FOR THEM.AND

SOMETIMES THERE WERE MANY MESSAGES THAT WAITED A SINGLE RESPONSE AS

MOST EXPERTS WERE BUSY DISCUSSING 1 SINGLE CASE.

THE PEOPLE KEPT ON WRITING MESSAGES AFTER MESSAGES AND THAN THEY

WERE ABLE TO GET RESPONSE.

PRIYA JI,I THINK THIS TIME YOU WOULD APPRECIATE THE PIONEERING

WORK.OVER STEPPING OWNER WELL THAT WASNT ON MY MIND EVER.

HAVE A GOOD DAY.

hello priya ji,

i did nt know that now youre moderating messages,i thought that

PUNIT JI is the moderator as well, and this message if he feels is

ok, then will pass approval.

if I had known , I would have asked him.

I dont want to hurt anyone, but i'm concerned, as ive seen how on

other best regarded astro groups they advised something and in turn

it harmed the persons involved, again I've noticed that there is no

feedback of people, how can we know that what are developments, plus

there are messages which remain unanswered for long, people ask too

many questions at a time,

well I " m not against it, but still there has to be a worthy

structure.

I beg if I hurt the concerned owners or moderators, my intentions

were not those though.

Sincerely

I have always been appreciative of ur zest and spirit with which u

make postings. Its a pleasure to read them. Thanx for ur write up on

paap kartri yoga, its very enlightening on the subject.

I agree fully that this group should be a platform for learning and

discussing the controvorsial topics and also learning by sharing

each others experiences.

But this group is a mixed bag,of 896 members. Experts are very

few, learners little more and remedy seekers more.Everyone's interest

has to be taken care of, if they are active members. And its my humble

request, plz go slow and steady, and bring the changes.Since last few

months i have seen Madam Bhooshan Priya and Jai ji working tirelessly

to help needy ppl .Hats off to them. They have been the back bone of

this forum. Before that many more must have contributed to bring

forum to this strenghth.I don't doubt ur noble intentions to improvise

the situation here. And also i am in no position to spk as i am a

learner myself, but still in my humblest opinion, plz take advice and

blessings of seniors, and join hands together. " Band mutthi lakh

ki,khul gayi to raakh ki "
