This is causing me and my family extreme mental agony. Is there any hope of getting the visa in the near future? Recently a new job has emerged in Mumbai. I am so fed up with the insecurity of visa issues that I am thinking of chucking everything and returning to India. What is better for me in the long run - to try to stay in USA or return to homeland? My info is: DOB: 6 Nov 1969 TOB: 11:40 PM POB: New Delhi Is there any remedy?
