5) Take a mental Sankalp that you are doing this jaap for getting a

healthy and good child. Light a lamp and recite 5 malas of 'Om namo

Bhagvate Vasudevaya'

Wear a Yellow Sapphire, Blue Sapphire and Pink Ruby each of 5 carats

set in gold. Stones should touch the skin.
