As for the software side thanks for your info about the JHora SW, we beginners / learners try to use as much of the freely available sw / resources on the net and rather spend that money on buying the books to understand the fundamentals. I cross check the charts with astrosage online services and have not faced much of a problem. However, when I intend to procure some software I shall heed to your advise. Please do not rely on it to give you correct Lagan Kundli or Dasha. The moon is normally wrongly placed while all other planets are usually correct with minor degree errors as compared to some of the other softwares such as leo gold, Kundli Pro or Parashara's light etc. The lessons are interesting and should be read understood and then in case not clear clarifications asked.
