I would be much obliged if you can help me out with your profound knowledge. I am having confusion in dormant houses, If we talk about the 2nd house of the kalpurush Kundli then it says that its " DHARMSHTAAN " and its written that if 2nd house is occupied with some planet and at the same time 10th house is vacant then the planet of the 2nd house will be dormant and would not be able to give any kind of effect. " Grah chalkar jo aawe dooze, Grah Kismat ban jaata hai, Khali pada ghar 10 jab tewe, soya hua kahlata hai " But the LK system has not told about how to make the houses arise in order to get good effect. I would be grateful to you if you can tell me and all the aspirants of this group that what upaays can be done to make all the houses arised. And what is the " 10 Andhe mardo ko khana khilana upaay " . In what conditions this upay can be done? Waiting for your reply eagerly.
