Dear Helen,

 

I am not aware of any upaya which could enhance spirituality, or

help get spiritual experiences like awakening of Kundalini.

 

As for blockage, I had suspected some thing wrong around the stomach area and

had suggested upaya to you earlier. I didn't know then that it could be

kundalini blockage.
