In year 1992 I suffered loses in garment business

which I was operating from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. Thereafter after

paying all my liabilities by selling the property of my parents,

they supported me, I shifted to Baroda, Gujarat from where I had

completed my studies as my fater was posted here.

Here I stared all again from scrach first doing

jobs in different companies, meanwhile my father started the

business of Survey of Gas and Oil pipelines for ONGC as he had

served in ONGC in the same field.Later in year 1998 I joined him, he

taught me everything about survey and being sharp minded I learned

fast and our company started growing well. But some how I could not

manage finances as my father use to,so by 2002 I was under debt of 5

lakhs but since company was earning I was regularly paying interest

to private parties which was very high upto 5 %.

When I was serving at Baroda, I got friendly

with a man Mr. Shibendu Kumar Roy being Bengali he was very

intelligent in making projects but his every project failed but he

use to make fool of others and use to take large deposits for the

companies he use to work. So in Sep.2002 when my father expired I

asked him to join my company so that I can come out of debt. We

stared a software company and by end of 2003 I was under debt of 35

lakhs, since these years I was so disturb that I stared losing the

contracts of ONGC and cther govt.companies for survey work as I was

unable to complete projects in time due to financial constraint.

I being an honest man wants to and determine to

clear all my debts and leave with whatever little but peacefully.

Kindly let me know will I able to do that ever .

I was very much determined and confident since 2003 but now I have

started feeling it is difficult task.
