Dear Priya,

 

I thank you for your response.

 

Again, I report that overall my health has improved.

I will do all the new upaya you suggest to help

improve it further. My husband says he can see the

difference.

 

A point of clarification, please. When you say to

always wear a black panty below, do you mean daily and

as long as I have a thyroid condition? In other

words, indefinitely?

 

I am grateful for your assistance and am touched by

how many you help daily.

Yes, you should use, as far as possible, a black panty till you find

some relief in the thyroid problem.

Dear Priya,

 

Thank you for your clarification.

 

Already I am feeling the effects of this upaya. Twice

today moments arose that could have turned into minor

conflict, but instead became interactions of kindness.

 

 

Lal kitab is fascinating. I am so grateful grace has

led me to you and these wonderful remedies.
