about house repairing

How are you? i am writing after a long time, missed

you a lot..With your blessings there are good times too but

there are some unavoidable situations.. i hope you will answer my

following queries

 

1] i have to some repairs to my house particularly ceiling of

my house and terrace roof..due to rain problems

so i wanted to know this yr as per my varshaphal is it advisable

to do the repair or construction..and if it si unfavourable then

please suggest me some remedy for i have to save ceilings from

falling down hence i will have to go in for the house construction and

repair..

 

2] is there any lal kitab remedy for getting back our oney to people we

owe..i mean i owe some money on my maternal uncle and he hasnt returned

them, i want to get it back without any fights or disputes..he has the

money but he is giving excuses...so any remedy that will make him

peaceful and in favour of returning back my money..

 

[Also the same uncle runned the agency i had mentioned, now they

have stopped the business and most of peoples money/salary including

mine have been not paid..my uncle had promised he will return back my

half money but my aunt says that there was no gurantee included in the

business.. she has the money and she is giving to them who are creating

legal trouble or to her daughters...we cant even ask for legal help

against our uncle and peacefully she is making excuses...any remedies

for this also

this is tricky situation some money he owes me and some he

has duped us from his business, i have to spend on the construction

hence i cant afford to lose so much money to my uncle]

 

3] i have yet no contact with my brother..it's been a long time..any

solutions to regain our relation
