[ 1 ] Whenever you get your roof repaired, make sure that some

material from the old roof is used in the new roof.

 

[ 2 ] In order to get your money back do this :

 

First offer to the Sun God 11 seeds of red chilies { lal mirch } and

then offer water mixed with milk and sugar. Pray to the Sun God that

you get your money back from the person { name him }. After offering

arghya { water } recite the stotra for the Sun at least three times.

Continue the upaya till you get some positive indications.

 

[ 3 ] I am not aware of any upaya which could bring back your

brother to your fold.
