[ 1 ] Twice a year feed young kanyas { girls below 10 years} and gift them green clothes. Seek their blessings after touching their feet. [ 2 ] Keep with you, wrapped in a yellow cloth, a coin which was offered by some one else at a temple. Ask the pujari to give you a coin in prasaad. [ 3 ] Once in a while gift mustard oil to a beggar, or gift it at any temple. [ 4 ] if possible eat a little honey in the morning. This is an upaya and not a medicine.
