You have to always keep it appeased by worshiping Lord Hanuman and reciting its beej mantra. Do not expect any thing spectacular simply because you are keeping your bhagyesh appeased. All it can do is not let you slide down any further. [ 2 ] Yes you can recite the jupiter stotra any time.
