No software is available from the given degrees and minutes from any date. For example for my research work if I want to check Vimshottari Dasha from my natal Sun point or Natal Mars point or natal cusp degrees in my birth chart, i can not prepare the dasha chart from the software but i have to do it manually. There should be a software which can prepare dasha/antardasha from any given degree/minutes and also there should be calculation option for 365.25 and 360 days.The software should be Window base and not that old DOS base. Is there any software available with anybody? if yes, please let me know the address and cost of the software. I will be obliged. Free download of JHora 7.02 form the following link: http://www.vedicastrologer.org/jh/ (7.03 version, which includes Nadi calculations, is also available; Full version CD of 7.02 mainly with Atlas was available by sending some donation to cover the cost of sending CD.) 2. Choose whatever Ayanamsa preferred from window " Preference, then Ayanamsa " and calculate the chart. 3. Then press window " Dasas " , and Vimsottari Dasa (started from Moon) will appear. 4. Press " Options " and then Vimsottari Dasa starting from Lagna, Sun, Mars etc can be chosen. 5. 360 or 365 Days/Year can be switched as preffered. One time it was mentioned in the Vedic group to get it from " Houses " window but I can't get it. That is why i says it doesn't support. I may be wrong. However, it is found that the manually made cuspal significators of KP is differing from that of what is specified in JH hor. Right clicking on panel part of winow where " Houses " menu at bottom of the screen appears; then move the arrow above the " Houses " window and different house systems will appear; choose " Placidus houses (KP/Krishmoorthy) and take cusp positions. It's indeed a good SW for all kinds of Vedic predictions (Prashara or Jeimini line) Regards, tw House system (a) Set to ASC is Start of First House. I had long unpalatable debate with author of SW when KP part was under development. By the way, Did you check and choose correct options .I can recheck and post output for you on your ID if you desire for the exercise undertaken by you.For Group it may be treated waste of space. Please check following. Have you chosen correct Ayanamsa? Have you chosen correct House system? That is placidius. Have you chosen Correct setting forBeginnig of House that is ASC is start of First house. Have you chosen correct setting for GO to Prasna/Horary mode from Menu bar under Modes.(For Horary casting only) Please check radio button is marked in hole " which Lagna" just replace lagna with Prasna Lagna derived for number chosen." Have you pressed prasna 249 mode button. After pressing To obtain Long of house and planets Please right click ( if you need to paste on doc) COME TO BASICTAB andThen HOUSE tab Now copy to clip board.OUTPUT IS House cusp Basic to Key infn go to panel displaying planets infn right click copy and paste,OUTPUT is planetsLongitue. Now go to Basic andKP at bottom Right click on pnael copy to clip board. Edit part you donot need. Hope this helps. However, it is found that the manually made cuspal significators of KP is differing from that of what is specified in JH hor. In a nutshell JH hor is found to be a good software for Vedic predictions. The cuspal sub lord is showing from 1 to 12 as Me, Ra, Me, Ra...... upto the 12th cusp for a given chart. Whereas I have a software at my home PC from ITBIX which gives a diffierent cuspal sub lords for such a given chart. Thanks once again for your reply and I am exploring the steps mentioned by you PS: I have not tried the 1 to 249 system in this. I shall try it.
