It does not. How did your friend go abroad in March 07? Does it mean the birth time is a little away from the time given of 3-14 a.m on Sept 10 1982. Will appreciate,reconfirming birth details. I have few doubts and would be privileged if you can clarify them. 1) I see in 4 STEP method, 1st & 2nd step signifies the houses that subject planet will act as a SOURCE for events pertaining to signified houses. 2) In the 3rd & 4th Step essentially indicate whether the SOURCE events signified in step 1 & 2 gets effected or not. 3) If SOURCE is not there , no effect happens. i.e if SOURCE doesn't signify job event, no need to see about the job prospects in step 3 & 4. (In my humble opinion. I could be wrong). 4) On contrary, If 1st & 2nd Step signifies the event, but step 3rd & 4th negates, event is not fulfilled. Like you said " It may give hopes of a job " . Is my understanding on above points correct? Now, you have mentioned that " Mars signifies :10,11, in the important 3/4 steps. So i chose this " Mars in 1st & 2nd Step doesn't signify job so would it be OK to see 3rd & 4th STEP? I could be totally wrong. I'm just trying to understand 4 STEP THEORY. Also, if Dasa & Bukti already signifies the main house & supporting houses for event to happen, should we still look at Antara? How would we arrive at antara in such cases? KP Horary method is a very good alternative and faster.Confirmatory checks thru alternative methods if any suggested. In either cases, statistically, 80-83% success factor. Experience is the best guide. KP teaches us that it is SUB who shows weather a result to be given by the Star lord is favorable or not. So if SUB is unfavorable (steps 3-4), the planet will give unfavourable results. The 1st 2 steps signify the houses which will be affected by the planet. These are the planet itself, and the starlord. Step 3 and 4 show the houses signified by the sub-lord and its star lord. KSK says A planet is a source of light. So step one can be the source. The results are given by the Star-Lord. So step 2 is the result given by the planet KSK says that Sub-lord determines wether the result is favourable or not. 4th step adds the star-lord of the sub-lord. So logically the Step 2 and step 4 are the important event giving houses. Step 1 and 3 are helping thses two. I hope this is a logical answer to the rules. So Naturally, if the required house is not found in 1 and 2, then one should not go to step 3 and 4. One has to remember that besides the stand houses,like 2,7,11 for marriage there are other helpful houses, like 5,and 8 for marriage.
