Natal chart is based on prarabhada karma, but Horarary takes care of both prarabdha and sanchita karma, where sometimes a matter not promised in natal chart, but guranteed in horary chart. Perhaps this could be one of the reasons Our beloved Guruji KSK, most of time dependant on Horary chart and could see lot of sucess. Kriyamana Karma: Karma now being sown.( we do karma it is accumalted in seed form in akashik records.- It is read by prasna chart but by D3 special. Not talked in Steller astrology. Agami karma- Karma that has been forseen/expected- Seen from niryan - punya chart.Not seen in steller astrology. Accordingingly rasi has seed form and karan are produced by Dasa bhukti and events as result of Karma phala are triggered by Transits.We in steller astrology uses this principle regularly. You have stated You always prefer Birth chart after RBT,no doubt it is ideal condition provided one can hit correct Lagna asc and correct D/Bhukti.Prasna marg advocates clearly to cnsider natal chart with prasna chart, for in rare cases native has scope to modify his adhuda karmphal by rigouras efforts or by Blessings of seers.( Dridha- Adridha - dual ,some times effort have some scope.Prof KSK has talked of worship in some cases and asked for wearing ratna.)
