will insurance company pay the hospital bills?

Dear learned members,

here is a question posted by my friend who met an accident in July

07...and the hospital bill was 50000 USD...the insurance company

somehow trying to give excuses to pay the hospital bills though the

insurance policy covers everything.

So here is the question:- will the insurance company pay the bills..if

yes when?

KP number:- 21

DOB:- 20June1981

time:- 2:15 PM

place Pune, India.

 

Can anybody help here with the analysis.

vishalji,As per the no. given by ur friend he can get his insurance claim.Because of the connection of saturn to the 8th cuspal sublord jupiter he can get only some lesser amount.1)As 7th lord venus in 7th and conjoined with moon insurance company may take some time to respond.2)your friend may take legal help.3)after all this process he can get his claim after march 2008.Learned members should throw some light on this. As u predicted the insurance company is really delaying the whole

matter for no reason and also my frnd is now looking for some legal
