Go to the files and read the rules of doing the remedies before she does the upaya suggested by me. [ 1 ] Bury in a place where grass grows four pieces of Kala namak wrapped in cotton. Do it for 4 days regularly. Do not bring back home the digging tool. [ 2 ] Apply cow urine in the area of pimples. Leave it for a few minutes and then wash with water. Do it twice a day till the spots are removed. This is an upaya and not a medicine.
