Add a little milk and sugar to the water before offering. On days when you can't get a red flower, you can offer orange rouli { rouli or kumkum is a reddish powder used for tilak } instead. First place the flower or rouli on the ground as if offering it to the Sun God and then pour the water slowly. The water should be poured at a place where it is not likely to be stepped upon. [ 2 ] Recite the stotra for Mercury as often as you can every day. Get the text and the audio from the files. You have to save the stotra in any file first in order to listen to it. [ 1 ] Offer a handful of chana dal at any temple for 9 days regularly. [ 2 ] She should keep in her room a little honey with a small square piece of silver dipped in it. She can keep the honey in a brass container. [ 4 ] Keep in her room a little saunf { aniseed} in a pouch of dull red cloth. [ 5 ] she should Offer 10 sabut baadam { whole almonds with shell} at any temple for 5 days regularly. Each day bring back home from the temple , as blessed prasaad , 5 almonds out of those offered by you. Keep them at home tied in a yellow cloth. No one should eat or throw them away. [ 6 ] Stay away from every thing where she might fear a brush with Law. About her part time job, it appears she has not been sincerely doing the upaya I had suggested earlier.
